diet/food diary

I started my diet today ^____^ I've decided my LJ is going to be my food diary as well to kind of help me. Don't worry though, I'll put 'food diary' as the subject so you guys don't have to read it. I'm gonna start now and edit tonight when I'm done eating. But first, my status

weight: 135 lb. (gross. I've gained 7 lbs.) 
waist: 29 3/4
hips: 35 1/2

Reading your stats, I realized that you're basically the same size that I am when I am not pregnant. (Well, I'm bustier, but I have implants) But your hips waist and thigh are EXACTLY the same as my nonpregnant stats. Neat. :o) So anyway, in my estimation, you're not at all in need of a diet, but I'll still be reading and supporting you here. Especially if you add exercising stuff in, because I'm kind of psychotic about food and a little more rational about exercise. :o)

Wow I can't believe we have (well had) the same body type. I always viewed you as so much skinner than me. Thank you for your support Amy =DDD

It amuses me to no end that you thought I was skinnier than you are, because when I read this entry I said to Greg almost verbatim, "I can't believe Sam and I have the same measurements. I thought she was a LOT smaller than me ( ... )

you're not fat. but I know you're upset about gaining weight and I understand and support you.
You've inspired me to do the same. Except I'm not weighing myself until tomorrow morning because if I do it now it'll be high because it's night. Plus i'm on my period and bloated.

before I say anything, this is Becca! I added you. If you don't mind, I think I might start doing the food diary thing also so I can look back and stop myself if I realize I've been eating terribly for too many days in a row. I'm incredibly uncomfortable with my body too though many people say the same things of "you're not fat!" but it's very important for the person themselves [you, me, etc] to feel comfortable with themselves. I don't eat as healthy as I should because I love pizza and the like, but if I start a journal and notice I'm eating pizza everyday...I think it'll help me to eat better the next day and balance out my fatty food intake. Great idea :]
