I started my diet today ^____^ I've decided my LJ is going to be my food diary as well to kind of help me. Don't worry though, I'll put 'food diary' as the subject so you guys don't have to read it. I'm gonna start now and edit tonight when I'm done eating. But first, my status

You've inspired me to do the same. Except I'm not weighing myself until tomorrow morning because if I do it now it'll be high because it's night. Plus i'm on my period and bloated.
