Here we are a week into Florida and everyone is having a great time. Strangely, the weather here has been cooler (if not a bit more humid) than the weather in Seattle. It was also raining when we got of the plane. Go figure

You took the weather with you! You bastard! Bring it back! The heat makes it so damn hard to sleep. Especially for someone like me who HAS to have a cover over them to sleep.

Glad to hear y'all are having fun, though. So jealous of the circ du soleil show. They had one up hear just recently that featured horses but I found out about it too late to get tickets *cries*

Don't forget the rain when you head back!

Weather

We did take the weather with us. We were in the far corner of Magic Kingdom today and it started raining again. They started shutting down all of the outdoor stuff, so we headed for the bus. By the time we got there we were soaked. The lightning was striking the buildings within site. My sister was at our hotel and saw 2 cars in the parking lot get strike. She says there was a big blue flash and the car alarm started going off. At least the rain was warm, though walking into an air conditioned building when soaked is a bit chilly.

And I know what you mean about sleeping in the heat. I also have to be covered to sleep. If it's to hot, I either use a sheet or don't sleep. I'll try to remember to bring the rain back . . .
