In the last year and a half almost every aspect of my life has changed. From my work, to my career goals, to my future plans, to my home, to the people I spend time with.

Fusion is losing a great mind. On the other hand, we can now expect to see you around for a long long long time. Good luck with the new studies!

Oh yeah, and nice work on that whole wedding thing. ;)

Well, I think one of the things I have discovered is that I don't have a particularly great mind for fusion. Though that probably has a lot to do with losing interest in the work. If I can find something I like, I will be good at it. And vise versa. My hope is that this new direction will prove that.

Yay for the bio field picking up a great mind. Can't wait to hear more about future studies. Congrats on the engagement. I'm excited that those of us on mythagon's side of the world get to keep you.

Well, I figure that if I accomplish my goals in longevity research, then I will have all the time in the world to tackle fusion or whatever else I come across. Not so much the other way around.

Don't worry too much lemerde: I remain, now and always, a true physics geek at heart.
