I applied for an internship at Andrew's Space and Technology that could eventually become a part time job. This company does work on future RLVs (Reusable Launch Vehicles) as well as some research on plasma micro thrusters. They called me back asking for an interview before I could even give them a follow up call ( Read more... )

Big congrats to you George, and good luck! There is a very bright future in the RLV arena, especially if they can develop a more efficent/high power thruster drive. I think you woud be great for the company. What exactly is the internship position? Lab assistant for one of the top secret propulsion drives?! Hey it's worth a dream!
I'm telling you, one day you are going to ask NASA mission control to patch your mic through to a phone number and talk to us from Mars. This is definately a great way to start.
