I can't go into a bookstore without spending like 50 bucks. Wednesday I got My Boring-Ass Life by Kevin Smith, which will no doubt be classic Kevin Smith hilarity, and I finally found copies of both Batman: The Killing Joke and Maus. I love Maus too. It's brilliant. I bought them at the bookstore on campus one day when I was looking for something good to read while I proctored a test. Actually, Chris is the one who suggested it to me.

It's one of the reasons why I think graphic novels don't get enough credit... most people tend to write them off as comic books for grown ups.
