Lab Notebooks. I see them every damned day. Alas, our hardbound ones are numbered and such, so I can't snag one for you, but they're about $35 each (A4 size) from Eureka Lab Notebooks, in case you really want what you're looking for and can't find it.

I do have a smaller 9.25x11.25 one that isn't numbered but has my company name on it if you want. They're our old stock, so we don't use them any more. They're not quite hardbound, but the covers are very very stiff black cardboard stuff. From Scientific Notebook Co. Let me know.
