It's apparently called a "hymnal" bass clef. The only place I've ever seen it before is in my Elgar concerto sheet music, but I looked all over online and only found one picture of it, and it wasn't even the same. So I had them copy the one from my sheet music. It's on my lower back, so if I want someone to see it they can, but it's not readily visible at all times. Yeah, I was surprised too...hehe.
And the only way to console my mom was to reassure her that at least I didn't wreck the car, I didn't drop out of college, I didn't get knocked up in high school or run off and elope. So a dorky music tattoo didn't seem so bad... I guess...
I can't wait to see it! oh! I almost forgot! I bought a new book today... "Stradivari's Genius" I think you'd like it. It chronicles the lives of 5 violins and a cello from when Stradivarius made them to the present day. It's really cool!
Kelly... it's called "Summer." Why are you reading up on geek (string) books? I'm forced to by Dr. Lee, you're volunteering to read geeky (string) books over break?! We need to find you a hobby...
Haha, oh Phil. I'm never too cool to hang out with anyone...primarily because I'm not that cool to begin with. And definitely no body piercings... I know it seems like a tattoo is beyond a ring of some kind but for some reason, not in my book.
