Keep it secret! Jesus Christ, unless you have absolute proof that the person actually likes you back, you are setting yourself up for terribly awkward situations for the school year, semester, or the rest of your career depending on the situation.

I totally agree on the fact that it will set you up for awkward situations. People always say that you should tell them how you feel so then you will not regret not doing so in the future, but you might just risk a nice friendship and turn it into an awkward relationship! I think this is the fear that sets everyone from revealing their true feelings. :)
