lulz! i was also going to say you could borrow the dress i wore to tt's for new years or the one i wore to my old roomie's wedding which is strapless and a greenish with black polka dots but...BOOBS!

but more helpful point being i got them both the same day when i was floundering through the mall - i hate the mall but was desperate! it was at the south shore plaza but it was actually in the juniors section for prom, cuz i guess these days short (knee length give or take) cocktail dresses are in! and they have fluff! so if you have part of a day (so you don't have to go during scary weekend nighttime hours) if you hit up those sections of a macys or nordstroms or something you might have some luck. s'not really prom season but seems like there is always some kind of formal...that i never went to, lolz.
