New webmail option for cepheid.org users: Roundcube.

It's pretty new, but spiffy. Links at http://mail.cepheid.org/

Hopefully the SSL issues will be fixed soon--Jeff still owns the domain, so he still gets to deal with certificates.

I thought that it was neat :) Technically, one could install that in a way that it could connect to other servers, but they don't have an option to pre-fill that field with mail.cepheid.org.

Also, Squirrelmail and Roundcube use different database back-ends, so if one database breaks, the other webmail option will hopefully be available.
