Damn right it was awesome Janine. It was fun the second time, but i gotta go see it again. Then I'LL be ahead of Brodie! Sorry you didn't get there on time. pssh. Lol, but it was fun. We do need to hang out just the two of us soon, k? K! Chek ya lata'
While I COULD stand perhaps another viewing, Episode II will quickly become unbearable after, say, the fourth time through it (without some alternate variety of film interjected). So if you happen to witness this showing more than three times just to spite me, well then, I just laugh at you, you pitiful children . . .
I'm willing to venture that most every movie is best upon third viewing [though this general term "most" excludes films any less compicated than say, American Beauty. The film must also be deemed "good" by the general populace. And probably not be a comedy.] Realizing I just exluded 78% of all movies created, I restate that: most every good movie that is complicated, dramatic, and "important", is worth seeing three times.
Fortunately for you, this does include Star Wars. But I wouldn't go again if somebody paid my way, including popcorn. It's tough to become bored with the great movies, but when you do, it's a sad day.
