You know, I've never really been big on worrying about the economy or the government of this country, because let's face it, it really has no effect on the day-to-day life of me, a 24 year old middle class guy. Now everyone's seeing what I've said for years :/ Brainwashed patriotism is rampant here in the South, probably why I have such a seething hate for the region.

"WELL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GEEEEEET OUT!" Dude, I've been trying to find a way to get deported for years.

There's nothing really constructive for me to say about this because I agree 100%. After I graduate Im not looking forward to spending the rest of my life helping pay off the debt of the prior generation, so moving outta here is actually becoming a reality.

And to contrast with caelyfish, I live in the northwest which is more or less rampantly liberal and devoid of any patriotism. Still, we feel very similarly about wanting to get out of the pool, so to speak, as well >:
