OOC: These will be a series of posts, all related and often interspersed with scenes that have taken place over the course of ... hm. The last 6 months, at least. The timing may not be clear. This is the point.

So everyone understands - Amrit does not make sense. Hence, you MUST. MUST. MUST listen to the music whilst you read these posts. MUST ( Read more... )

This was /fantastic/. And yes, it's all about the music. HAVE TO read it with the music. It timed out really nicely. Damn yes, that boy loves his combat scenes and you two did this shit up... like whoa.

That's right. Like whoa...

Score one for Drama Pie. Really good.

Ta, dearie. Heh.

I must say (again) - I am rather proud of it. But yer boy, and the music, helped rather a lot! And I stole from myself, too, in some old writing for mage. But the framework and resolution were entirely his.

Like whoa...that whole scene just /feels/ painful. And filled with awesome. I'll try and have something for you by tomorrow...but damn girl if you didn't raise the bar a little too high! Woot!

You take your time, hun. I'll be at this for a while, yet - I've four (or five) more songs to go! (And we have drinking to do.)

Don't worry about that silly bar, either. You never have any problem with it.

This said: Thank. You.
Like whoa.

I had to re-read it, to get the timing down.
Its hard to read slowly.

*Applause* for the writing, the scene, and the music.

It's true - it's hard to read slowly. I found reading it in a whisper helped ... and then, reading it with the tempo of the music, too.

I'm glad it comes across, though. I wracked my brain for the stuff that was going to help me write this, because without it, I never would have managed.

It was pretty much forcing myself to read it aloud to the tempo that got me to do it right. My speed reading habit is a bitch to break it seems. :)
