Here's what I do when I'm in a situation like this: 1. Take a deep breath 2. Make a list of exactly what needs to be done and when I'll do it 3. Cry 4. Wash my face and get on with it
Just try to focus on one task and then the next one. You'll get through it. One thing at a time.
