vacation #2, the electric boogaloo

we booked airline tickets to fly out and see kathy's family in florida. so now i have 2 vacations to look forward to--the san diego one that's coming up at the end of may and the florida one which is in the middle of august. we're both dreading the flying though. the aero part of my aerospace engineering degree is all about building airplanes, but

Will there be a wedding in August, then? (you'll have to be alive, so there won't be any mistakes!)

the wedding is still up in the air. in arizona, if you live together and consider yourselves married, which we do and do, then you are married by common law. i suggested that we do a ceremony for ourselves and then do a reception out here for my family, and then a reception out there for hers, and i even suggested august might be a good time for that since we're flying out anyway, but she thinks her mom and dad would want to be at the ceremony too. but she knows that neither of us can really afford to fly our family out one way or another
