kathy got a surprise at her one-year review yesterday. instead of the review it was basically her boss telling her problems some of the hosts have with her work. she's handling it better than i would. part of it is just radio talent acting like prima donnas, part of it is that she's working at a sports station and she has no interest in sports,

I think a big part of it is she's homesick... I would be. Maybe you can both relocate somewhere halfway in between. I had the best of both worlds living in the country but so close to family and friends (within 1/2 hour drive) in the city. If she stays in Phoenix, though, and doesn't care for the job she's at, she can check out Progressive online. They're right in Phoenix and it's a wonderful company to work for. If she applies, ask her to talk to me first.

My company just upped the ante... I used to get $150. referral bonus, now it's $500. WOO!!! (Not that I've referred anyone successfully yet).
