I moved my laser ablation surgery date. I'm just not ready for it on the 4th - I need to recover from this exhaustion and get back on track. And then they have some closed time for building renovations, and like that, but they can see me in mid-April. I asked if there were risks of degeneration or other complication from waiting, and they said no ( Read more... )

Hmm. It has a Mac version now. I will do that at some point, though I'm not really up to tackling something altogether new right now. I'm actually indulging in another once and future vice, which I'll write about in due season. :)

I don't feel up to the endgame challenges; I feel distracted and guilty and wistful when I do lower-powered stuff. I really, really wish they'd lay off the constant flow of mechanical changes, some of which affect me directly and others changing the rest of a raid around me, keeping me unbalanced and insecure about best strategies. I loathe theorycrafting.

I fear that I hit a personal peak with Deathbringer Saurfang. I don't feel up to the push required to get the next step up. Hence my othervician time lately, which I want to post about separately soon.

I have WoW access for the next... five weeks? Depending on the server, it means you'd probably have to hang out with a lowbie, but it might give you something else to do for a little while. Whatever I can do to help.
