And once again I have braved the gym. Today was focused on weight lifting with an added 20 minutes on the hamster wheel, uh, I mean treadmill. I figure going every other day should be plenty. And I will alternate between muscle and light cardio and hard cardio days. Yes, health is my goal (and some fat loss). Because I don't want my fat ass keeling over from a heart attack. Plus I am paid up till the end of february 2007, so I may as well use what is available.
So, my friends. I have a favor to ask. If you do not see a gym entry every other day, please feel free to harass me about it. I could use the help in sticking with this schedule. Thanks.
Oh and should I make a gym filter, or just put it behind a cut like I did today?
