I can't express how deeply disappointed I am at the California state court's schizoid ruling of letting previous gay marriages stand while denying marriage to future same-gender couples. It is just an insane split decision.

The judges most oddly decided that they wouldn't rule on the *content* of the proposition, but instead opted for only ruling on ( Read more... )

I had a $15 gift certificate at a local bookstore, and of course, I ended up buying 5 books. I can’t help it, I just go on a “book frenzy spree and squee”.
