WARNING about City of heroes/City of Villians:

After level 25ish... it gets kinda hard to Solo.
and the different "classes" Solo differently.

The programming and design for the mission scaling is AWSOME.
The mission grants extra "guys" depending on how many people are in said mission.
and grants extra "guys" based on the class of said peoples.
Abilities do a set PORTION of HP in damage. (IE: The tanker has 6000 hp, this bad-guy gun does 5% damage. the Controller will take a significant LESS portion of damage given that he has 235 Hp. This attack does around 300 points of damage to the Tank. and about 11~12 damage to the Controller. This fact has saved me numerous occasions.)

And don't forget Side-Kicking. It's great... (Your level 1, I'm level 35... your going to be level 34 while your with me.)

Forgot to state... that Enemy damage goes up depending on how many folks are in the Mission...

1-3 starts with "low" damage. (Hardest hitting abilities hit for around 45% of health, while the weakest hit for .5%)

3-4 Starts at "mid" damage. (Hardest its about 70% damage, weakest for about 2%)

4-6 gets to be hard. (Hardest hits are 130% damage. Silly tankers and there invulnerability powers, weakest for about 5%

7 is pushing it. (hardest hit for about 160% damage. Weakest for about 10%)

8 is MAX out donkey hard! (hardest hit is, yes, 300%, and the weakest is 15%.)

These percentages are based on the TARGETS HP TOTAL.
Damage resistance subtracts from the Damage calculated.
That's as far as I broke it down.

I don't recall how far I got my hero, but he was fun as hell. if I had a cpu/laptop of my own and the funding/free time to dick around with it, I'd play wow and COH/COV. I didn't like my villian as much as I liked my hero(who was a regeneration/poison spikes guy, who really fucking rocked socks)

Ah, my villain stalker is a dualblades/regeneration guy.

Jay brought it to my attention that the villains and heroes are mirror images, so one's secondary is the other's primary.
