Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities:
Combat Expertise - Ulquiorra is a highly skilled in swordsmanship and hand to hand combat. He is the type of fighter who battles using quick and precise strikes, and plans on taking down his enemies before they have a chance to fight back. There are very few opponents Ulquiorra deems worthy or even interesting enough to give the time of day to.
Enhanced Abilities:
Intelligence - Ulquiorra possesses a very keen intellect. Ulquiorra can be highly perceptive and analytical, allowing him to easily deduce the basic idea of his opponent's skills to figure out their strengths and weaknesses.
Hierro - is other wise known as "Steel Skin". The compressed spiritual power causes the skin of an arrancar to harden. He can deflect attacks with his bare hands and even take on direct hits from Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu and receive only minor cuts. When Ulquiorra enters his released form even Ichigo's strongest attacks have no effect on him.
Pesquisa - The ability to sense spiritual pressure. Coupled with Ulquiorra's keen intellect and this allows him to quickly evaluate his enemies and learn the weaknesses and energy levels.
Strength & Speed - Like many other Espada Ulquiorra possesses enhanced strength and speed. Ulquiorra is a master of Sonído, which is similar to Hohō/Shunpo/Flash Steps. This ability allows Ulquiorra to move at a extremely fast pace. This mastery lets him match speeds with others like Ichigo when he uses his Bankai.
Spiritual Power - It should go without saying that as Ulquiorra is rank 4, he possesses an extreme amount of spiritual power. His energy is so immense that he is forbidden to release his Zanpakutō within Las Noches as it would most likely cause lots of damage.
Cero - A cero consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. Like the other Espada, Ulquiorra is capable of using Gran Rey Cero. This Cero is reserved for Espada only and is so destructive that Espada numbers 4 and above are forbidden from using it within Las Noches. Finally, Ulquiorra is capable of using Cero Oscuras. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness and much more powerful than the average cero and even the Gran Rey Cero. Ulquiorra is also capable of firing Bala. This technique hardens the user's spiritual energy and fires it like a bullet.
Garganta - This is how Arrancar pass to and from the real world from Hueco Mundo. It tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway. Ulquiorra has also been shown to be able to broadcast images using something visually similar to a garganta portal. This ability could be tied to his ability to record and replay events for others using his own eyes.
Instant Replay - Thanks to Ulquiorra's ability to quickly regeneration, he can replay events on others who are around him when he crushes his eyes. The dust and ability are capable of replaying events visually as well as emotionally.
High Speed Regeneration - Probably one of his greatest abilities is the one that allows himself to heal his wounds quickly over a small period of time. His fast healing technique allows him to recover quickly from minor injuries and battle for longer period of time when sustaining larger ones. He can regenerate any part of his body that is not his brain or internal organs, if those are destroyed he can not regrow them. This skill also requires an immense amount of spiritual energy ( which he also possesses being number 4 ).
Zanpakutō - otherwise known as a soul cutter is a weapon possessed by all Shinigami, Arrcanar, and Vizards. Ulquiorra's zanpakutō is named Murciélago (Black Winged Great Demon). In it's sealed form it is a standard katana with a green hilt and sheath. To release his zanpakutō, Ulquiorra instructs his blade to Enclose. The release of black and green spiritual energy spreads out and above Ulquiorra that falls down around him like black rain. Large bat like wings form on Ulquiorra. When his zanpakutō is released Ulquiorra gains even greater Hierro, Spiritual Power, speed, and strength. He also gains the ability to fly and the creation of green javelin-like bolts, which he can hurl towards his enemies.
Segunda Etapa - is a second stage release of his zanpakutō. Ulquiorra boasts that he is the only Arrancar among the Espada who is able to reach a second Resurrección form, and that even Aizen has not seen this power. In this form, Ulquiorra's spiritual energy becomes so dense and heavy that it can barely be called spiritual energy ( as described by Ishida ). Ulquiorra refers to this feeling and his energy as 'True Despair'. Only this form can Ulquiorra summon Lanza del Relámpago, a literal lance of lightning. When thrown, it produces an incredibly-destructive explosion on impact, which dwarfs the fortress of Las Noches in height. Ulquiorra prefers to not use the attack at close range, most likely because the resulting blast would damage himself as well as Las Noches.
Weapons: Ulquiorra's weapon like other Shinigami and Arrancar is a zanpakutō. Ulquiorra's zanpakutō is named Murciélago and it's release command is enclose. To learn more about it, please read the 'abilities section' of my application.

Point in Canon: Right after his death.
Character Personality: Prior to his death at the hands of Kurosaki Ichigo. Ulquiorra is the stereotypical cold, callous, emotionless and calculating villain. He is driven by a very materialistic view of the world around him. If he can not see or physically touch something, it merely does not nor can not exist to him.
The important thing to note is Ulquiorra is not human. He is a Arrancar given life and purpose by Aizen. He lacks understanding of human emotions and their motives ( something that changes upon his death ). Enemies and comrades alike are equally capable of being deemed trash in his eyes. He is not one to waste time of those weaker and will often not even waste the personal effort in dispatching those beneath him.
Ulquiorra's cold and dispassionate demeanor allows him to be calm and in control of most situations he finds himself thrust into. Unlike other Espada, he rarely gives him the bestial nature they all seem to possess. Coupled with his intelligence, his ability to remain calm in the heat of battle gives him a great advantage. He is rarely every surprised or caught off guard, and he is capable of being highly perceptive, cunning, and analytical of most situations in a heart beat.
Ulquiorra also possesses a great sense of duty and loyalty. When set upon a task he will do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal that has been given to him. More often than not, Ulquiorra prefers to complete his tasks with as little violence and effort as possible. He is not above resorting to violence or extreme means to accomplish his mission. His lack of emotion ensures that he will not experience regret or remorse over his actions, nor will he hesitate to put his actions to the test. As such, Ulquiorra can be very demanding. He expects any orders he delivers to be carried out and followed immediately. He would not hesitate to even cut down an Espada who ignored his or Aizen's commands.
Ulquiorra is also very flawed. Despite his immense intelligence, he lacks a deep understand for emotions and human behavior on a whole. This leads to a lack of understanding over Ichigo and his friend's drive to fight against all odds. His time spent guarding Orihime leads him down the path of questioning and enlightenment ( though in truth, it also confuses him more ). His defeat leaves him without a sense of purpose and he is further surprised by human nature when Ichigo begins to feel remorse for the wounds inflicted on him by his Hollow.
Even up to the end, Ulquiorra continues to act like both a monster and a warrior. He demands that Ichigo kill him, and he is further surprised by human nature when Ichigo begins to feel remorse for the wounds inflicted on him by his Hollow. It is only in his last few seconds alive that he reflects on what a heart is.
It is possible that Ulquiorra believes he does not possess a heart at all ( after all his Hollow's hole is directly over his sternum where a heart would normally be ). If we consider this true, it would add another layer of depth when you consider that he kills victims he finds interesting by blowing a hole in the same spot his own is. He denies his victims the one thing he does not possess and possibly envies/wants the most in life.
Upon Ulquiorra's death he came believe that Orihime entrusted him with a heart and what he plans on doing with one is unknown for the time being.
Character Plans: Ulquiorra will arrive in game shortly after his defeat at the hands of Ichigo. He will be mostly confused and detached at first, but he will probably struggle with falling back into previous habits since Aizen is also in the city. I think it will be a worthwhile experience to see how Ulquiorra handles himself in front of his master and comrades after his defeat and his new understanding/discovery of the 'heart'.
