When I get home I will post a few. The easiest one is the chocolate cake, its sinfully rich and still light like a real cake.

Also since I was thinking about it, I went for a walk found "The Gluten Free Cook Book," which has all kinds of things in it like recipe for corn crepes, meals, snacks, desserts. Those corn crepe recipe makes me think about the awesome breakfast burritos you can make with that. (I am on a crepe kick)

Some things you may have to special order or make yourself. Chestnut flour is one of them $13 a pound but if you get it in bulk from a supplier its much much cheaper.
