Christmas shopping and PS3

It's going to be sucky this year, I am already over my budget. I've spent 1k on car insurance and the Doggy medical bill. Now to talk about the frivolous spending! I went to Best Buy and bought a gift, and tried to get the replacement rubbers for my head phones but I had to buy new headphones since they don't make them separate. Saw the book; His ( Read more... )

Actually I was thinking of a story kinda on the same premises of Chrono Trigger except not going through a time portal but going to a separate world in your dreams so you live a double life sort of. You, Kerrie, Myself, and Mike would be in it. Mostly because of all the childhood friends the 3 of you were the ones I interacted with first and most frequently, and it helps that I've been able to see your personalities grow and change ( ... )

It's a good start.
I actually plotted out a story I was working on in lots of bits and pieces, I even thought of lines characters should be known for.

It was also an elemental story but different characters setting and struggles. I started to actually write it out and one day I just looked at it, read the five pages I wrote, and ctrl+a Delete. Something was wrong with it and I couldn't figure it out so I trashed it but I still have the notes I wrote saved. I am going to use them for this one and hopefully I will write bits and pieces of it.

I plan to be a laptop whore and carry it with me so when I am waiting or I have the opportunity I can sit down and jot something in the notes or finish the next couple of lines. I have those "OHHHH That's good" moments, but I never have something to write them on.

Monday we go for her second check up. In 4 days she went from 2890 to 125k and she needs to be at least 180k so I assume she is there now. She is still on antibiotics, and is as wild as ever. Her recovery was fast, they didn't expect her to be past 80k but she shot right up. The problem is that each check up costs me $60 and we have a few more to go to and have to take Vanyel for his check up and possible de-worming. I need to get calls from the applications I sent in then I won't be so freaked about work.
