It is very peaceful. alot of people who have been here for the first time go into culture shock. It's kind of funny

Some one who LOOKS like they would be and arrogant asshole. Spikey messy looking hair, but very clean. Some one vulgar and not so "normal". He has to be malicious in one form or another.
