It was a LONG day yesterday - a lot of work around the apartment then kids' parties at school, etc. William was supposed to have a wee play for his preschool but that was cancelled as the two "leads" were out - so we had a costume parade at Elen's school where I saw some of THE most creative costumes - from a Dalek to a basket of laundry to a ( Read more... )

Wonderful pictures - Yoda looks suitably fed up with the weather on Earth - LOL

And the one of you and Elen is beautiful.

The weather here put off the trick or treaters - guess we're not as committed as you over there!

My daughter flies out to Florida tomorrow - first holiday without mum. So if you could just sort out the weather in Orlando for the next 2 weeks, Id be very grateful. Oh, and the crime, and the economy....... and all the other things I am worrying about - ;)

Energy's en route - she's going to Florida JUST in time for the election madness - that's something I'd be interested in knowing what she thinks of it all! Many apologies for the delay in getting back to you - its been one of those weeks.
Thank you so much for the contact number - I made sure Hannah had it when she left on Monday. Have had a phone call and a text from her - both saying they are ok and enjoying themselves. No comments about the election so far- my daughter does have a habit of going round in her own little world - maybe she didnt notice ?? LOLOL

I have told her I want lots of Obama stuff - newspapers etc - brought back - I dont want to forget the events of this week in a hurry.
