My niece got into the whole death, dying and spirits thing when she was about the age Elen is now. She was positively relentless in her quest for "real" haunted houses, and wanted to hear anything we could tell her about them. Yay to Elen for finding her own style - so many kids just go with the pack mentality instead of finding out what it is THEY want.
