HOLY SMOKES!!!
William has started writing words! OK, so simple words, but....they're WORDS! He wrote his name, then just after, wrote "Go".....is practicing his alphabet even as I write this - Gods. Soon I won't be able to spell things out around him *sob* LOL Smart lad for a 4 year-old!

a note on PTSD
I was watching "Across the Universe" with Elen today. There's a line regarding PTSD that I found most telling - as sometimes the most simple things are: "Yeah, well, everything from the neck-down works fine."

Camera moments
I've been missing out on some top-drawer camera moments lately....one such was a few days ago when William crawled into the little pop-up cat carrier at my mom's place, he ended up on his side, butt and legs the only things showing except his laughing face in the "window" giggling, "Mommy!
