oh, my goodness. same. like, I just pile it on like a little tiny shelf like thing, where the shampoo and such stays, and then throw it away after I'm done. it's so fucking much.
Girl! I shed like crazy. My hair is thin to begin with so I wonder all the time how I'm not bald. Also, and this is gonna sound really odd, but I wear a lot of cardigan sweaters at work because we have sucky heat and after a few days my hair collects in the armpits on the outside of the sweater. I don't know how or why but that where the hair ends up. Maybe because it's long and when I swing my arms......that's stupid...I have no freakin clue.
I am mostly grossed out by the 'armpit hair'. I usually forget to check for it and when I finally notice, it's all enmeshed in my sweater and I end up pulling out a huge hairball. It's the most ridiculous thing.
I have started taking the supplement Biotin recently and my hair and nails are feeling much stronger. It still falls out but it feels thicker.
if it still falls out, does that mean it's not working? like, I know we're meant to lose a bunch of a hair a day, I heard at one point it was a hundred strands, which. I'm certain I am lose A LOT more than that... but if you're taking something and still losing just as much or more? ... yeah.
ON the carpet, mostly. Every week I vacuum and get a giant ball of hair. And then I pick wads out of the drain after every shower. Frankly I'm amazed I still have hair on my head.

I only wash my hair twice a week, so on the days I do wash it in the shower, I shed like a mad fool. It's gets all stuck between my fingers, ugh.
