Pelmeni for one... I must say I prefer Siberian and Buryat dishes more than traditional Russian cuisine. I love home-made noodles that my grandpa makes from scratch. I love buchler - meat broth, which takes 7-10 hours to cook - so it's nice and fatty and sooo tasty.
There's lots of things. I love all the fish dishes that the Baikal-coast-dwellers have created... smoked, grilled, salted fish... yeah.
