i can't believe i made it through the month of january without writing an entry. the month just kinda seems to slip by me. i have been sick as a dog lately and busy as a bee at work. both today and yesterday i have been reading a cute book call "fluffy meets the groundhog" with fluffy the classroom guinea pig as the star to all the 1st and 2nd

my sister said she refused to see that movie on principle and sent me a url to this ny times article by a bronx teacher but now it's behind the premium wall, here's the abstract tho:
