Weighing the pros and cons of replacing my ambigram gallery with a Tumblr. The frame navigation really has to go, and it seems that instead of going to all the trouble to rewrite the site into something that is still a hassle to update, it would be better and easier to use an existing platform that is properly connected to the way people use the ( Read more... )

Tumblr is such a breeze to navigate, that I think you'd be well-served moving stuff to there. You'd certainly get more visibility.

Yeah, crowd-sourcing spec contests suck on dried toast, but it is a chance to grow visibility of your fine work. Web Two Point Oh makes me wonder if you have to give some milk away to get people to buy your cows.

You could always make your Website point to your Tumblr, at least until you were ready to do something more to the site.

I have...no idea how web pages work now! Mine was always /terrible/ and I knew it.

It is the season of confusing people with bilaterally symmetrical Tyger Tyger again, and Warren's return as a supervisor to his old workplace was used to illustrate someone moving to California two weeks ago.
