As a system administrator for my company one of my jobs is to keep the bad people out of our system. It is up to me to understand that there are people out there that would hack us, just for the thrill. I have firewalls and intrusion detection built into my system, along with constant updates and vigilance. It’s an ongoing process

I'm not an economist. But it looks as though they... Republican and Democrat... are following the theories of John Maynard Keynes, hoping that his ideas about macroeconomics will pull us out of the recession.

And... although I sort of question just how effective these ideas will actually be in practice... you have to admit, investing some cash back into the country's infrastructure isn't a half-bad idea.

It'll be interesting to see how much fat is cut out of the House bill by the Senate. I'm holding off on my opinion about the matter until we see what the Senators do to the stimulus plan.

I may be wrong on this, but aren't the bailout and the stimulus package two different things that have been smooshed into one big bill
