I seriously made the best mac and cheese I have ever made last night. I am not one to brag about what I cook, but it was pretty awesome. Over the years I have collected people's homemade mac and cheese recipies I think I found one that really works. I will still tinker with it from time to time, but last nights was really good. When I used to eat meat I used to think the only way to get over the flu was to eat a Big Mac from McD's. hahaha

haha, ironically he works at McD's so he wants nothing to do with Big Macs, although I could eat Mac sauce on everything!
