I never knew it was possible for your feet to get smaller. Mine have. I have always thought I wore a 10, then it was down to a 9.5 as long as it was wide. But now, I have been hunting for cute sandals, and found them, and when I tried them on the bottoms were all so big, so I measured my foot on one of those clever little foot measuring things. As

Well, I once wore a 10 to 10 1/2 depending on the shoe
Now I wear a 9 1/2 to 10 depending on the shoe
and once, a 9 fit very well

perhaps shoes sizing is getting more user friendly?
