Just rest as much as you can. If you're able to walk, even if it hurts like hell, chances are you're ok.

That's what I figured. I threw up about a minute after I posted this...it was gross. It hurts so bad.

Hmm.. rest for a bit. Ibuprofen is also good cause it will take down any swelling.

And I'm sorry, but after I read that you were covered in cat litter I started laughing.

I still have back issues from my car accident 5 years ago, but hey.. it comes and goes. I can predict the weather.
