Fed tax is absolutely killing me. I know I've whined and complained about classes in the past (Property, BA, Civ Pro I...) and been afraid that I was going to fail but this time...I'm legitimately concerned that I'm going to be the only person in my 180 person class that doesn't get to graduate in May. I'm sorry you're having a hard time. Having been through Fed Tax with Mayer before, the final isn't as bad or scary as it seems. And I thought for sure I was going to fail, and I actually got a pretty good grade. If you want, I can send you an outline a friend gave me last year.
