midterms still aren't fun
What a week. I am dead. Why do I procrastinate on studio assignments like this, why.
Monday - Tutor, brag about being able to design an apartment in an hour, fail miserably all day
Tuesday - Finally finish apartment design and it's still crap
Wednesday - Tutor, develop site arrangement
Thursday - Finally finish site arrangement, choreograph slides to present
FridaySaturday - MAKE ALL THE DIAGRAMS, nap for an hour, AND PLANS AND SECTIONS, nap for an hour, MAKE A MODEL FROM SCRATCH IN THREE HOURS FLAT, only ten minutes late to class, present to people who actually like the project so far, home in time for an afternoon brunch, sleep like the dead
Let's not do this week ever again.
The first snowflakes on Wednesday were neat, though.
And the My Little Pony marathon my friends organized on Friday seemed to go well, too, even if I did miss most of it.
Now I'm going to sleep like the dead again.
P.S. Look what I found in my saved draft from several days ago, referring to that evening's hockey game:
"Speaking of streaking, no one does it better than Johan Franzen."
Mickey York, I will take your word for it on that one.
I had planned to do a goofy drawing of that and post it to Tumblr. I'm pretty sure I was drunk.
The Wings seem to be doing better again, anyway!
