I was cracking up when he kept harping on Panda to go work on a tuna boat, HUUAAAGH BUILDS CHARACTER, TUNA BOAT. I didn't notice the puns for some reason... Were you watching the sub like on crunchyroll or what have you?
Yeah, on Saturday they kicked everybody out of screening and merch for a half hour, and delayed or curtailed the showings after that, because some chucklehead thought it would be really funny to pull the fire alarm. :'|
Damn, I was just way too embarrassed to go anywhere near the doujin, haha. Nice!
So enjoyable and so damn relatable sometimes... I'll take it up again when I'm done with Mushi-shi, definitely. Did you see all of it? Polar Bear Cafe seems pretty chill and can be kind of frustrating if you're expecting the storyline to GO somewhere, but if you're chill at the moment and want silly fluffy animals, go for it! /o/
It's like piñata on the ground, and instead of candy exploding everywhere it's red gushy watermelon parts exploding everywhere. It's surprisingly gory? '~')a But amusing.
Well they already saw a bunch of teenagers and twentysomethings in cat ears and cosplays and wild wigs, so I imagine they were already thinking strange things. We accumulated some converts from neighboring picnics who thought we were cool, though, so it must not have been too bad!

In fact, this is the second year we've both been to JAFAX and managed to miss each other. I trust you got a good haul?

God I completely forgot about that. Maybe next year I won't suck and we'll remember to exchange contact info beforehand or something.
Yup! This time I brought along my boyfriend and a couple mutual friends <3. Managed to pick up a few nice things, including doujinshi.
