There must be a better way of making myself throw up without sticking my hand down my throat every night.

It hurts, and isn't even very effective.

Can't you buy stuff from the chemist to make you throw up?

People with bullimia, or people who purge on purpose, can't control it past a certain stage in their illness. And it's almost entirely impossible to fix all on your own.
You need family and friend support, and you need to get your self-esteem in check....because you're beautiful and slender and you don't need to starve yourself to be beautiful!

Cez, Celynny is right, making yourself throw up is a really bad idea. You need to stop asap. How come you want to make yourself throw up?

I had a friend with Bullimia and after a while the stomach acid started attacking her stomch lining cos there was nothing else to eat. You'll get really bad sore throats and feel like shit. Trust me, if being sick isn't bad enough in itself, the after effects will be, and they probably wont be the effects your looking for either, unless you want your ribs to stick out, your skin to look ashen and just generally to look really ill.
