Oh my GOD, am I stressed out right now. This weekend is the weekend we move house (back in with Neil's parents until uni......) and there is TOO MUCH TO DO.
I can't seem to get my head around it. :-(
And Neil and I are already bickering, which isn't a good sign for the day. D:

Sit on a hard chair, sitting right against the back (floor and wall also good). Then put your hands on your head with arms out to the side. Take 20 deep breaths, breathing in for 3 seconds then breathing out for 3 seconds. As you do this try and clear your mind.
It only takes about a minute or so but its worth it.

If you ever see me online and need to talk just give me a buzz, Ive always got time for you ^_^
And Im really weird I like moving (but hate cleaning) I always find something I want look at that I havent seen for a while, and I stop and have a look at it for a bit. I think my stuff just diffuses itself to the next place.
