Is there something wrong with or is it just obscene to have a quarter pound of "El Numero Uno" prosciutto and half a canteloupe for dinner? (Aside: Query: what's up with a prosciutto with a Spanish name? Maybe my hammonger lied to me and gave me serano instead. Regardless it was devine.)

I bought a 1/2lb of herbed salami today so I can't impartially comment.

I've just spent a couple of minutes trying to come up with a smutty pun on herbed salami and, I"m afraid to say, I've failed.

It's all this peppermint tea I drink - it stifles the creativity.

Apart from the whole trans-Euro naming scheme, it sounds perfectly fine to me.

You've got fruit, pig product, salt and fat - the four basic food groups!

(For future reference - pork is also a fruit.)

I'd add maybe a little arugula and thin-sliced red onions for colour balance. Otherwise it sounds good, if maybe not very seasonable.
