running posture

I've been a slouch all these while.... be it seating on chair, standing, and even running. You are probably experiencing poor posture due to a weaker core muscles. It is not strong enuff to support your body when you run over long distance. You need to strengthen it by doing core building exercises such as Bridge with 2 legs and 1 legs, Front and Side Plank, Crunches, Invisible chair etc.

When i was training with my coach, we spend quite a lot of time doing Core Building exercises.

U have to run with your back straight in order to get breathe properly. If you do not have proper breathing, you will lack of O2 and will feel tired and drag yourself during the run. Once a while jog slowly and still insist straighten your back if you realise your arching.
