Well from the game the things that give a faint glint are important. Like first aid kits, EVE, food, alcohol, weapon amunition... Oh and I loot corpses. Who I just killed.

Oh it is. It's horror, mystery, thriller, action and on top of it all is a morale based story. Save little girls, or harvest a slug from their bellies (killing the girls) and get a lot more powerful faster or take it slowly. It's awesome.
