Your settings had it so that non-friends can't send you PMs so I'll put my reply here ^^;;

I'm not sure what you mean by downloading games via PSP :/

Concerning running back up games on a PSP though if that's what you meant...

First you need to have a custom firmware on your PSP if you don't already have it. After that, you just upload the iso onto a memory card which you may have to buy since games nowadays are 1 GB. Then on your psp, you have to scroll and run it through the saved data.
