I've never done any kind of hacking or anything like that but I could use some help. Is there anyway of hacking someones photobucket account password? I know for a fact that there are pictures of me on there that an ex of mine is using for his own sick pleasure. If anybody could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

password "hacking" of web services generally involves a) guessing or b) sql injection attacks. photobucket is unlikely to be vulnerable to the latter, and the latter requires a pretty high level of technical knowledge.

but why even bother as he unfortunately probably has them on his computer too, so he could just put them back up :-(

are they actually exposed to the public? given that you're (omg my little brother's age) 16, if they are nudies in any way you could threaten him with kid pr0n charges. hell, even if they are not public you could.

Have you considered social engineering, whereby you just think laterally and see if there's anyway you could *ask* him or someone he knows for the password?

Failing that, there's always the revenge to be wrought with your own photobucket account, pictures of him and a copy of photoshop.....

If you gave them to him he can kind of do whatever he wants with them, unless you have a copyright on them or added a EULA before allowing him to get them. However you can probably guess passwords and get it pretty easily (most people use birthdays, simple number codes, single words, friends/parents/hobbies/pets names, etc).

if you can prove to photobucket that you are who you claim to be, you can have them delete any pictures of you in anyone elses album, nudes or otherwise. in fact, noone can keep nudes on photobucket these days anyway. as soon as you tell them he has pics of you and send them proof its you they will delete them for you

but i suspect you really just want to hack soemones account ;)
