Undelete under GNU/Linux?

I just deleted a bunch of stuff I don't have backups of (doh! Shoulda checked my Trash bin BEFORE emptying it). Anyway, I'm using a journaling filing system (it's not Reiserfs... I'm not sure which one. ext3 perhaps?). I JUST deleted them... like 3 minutes ago

The only file system I've heard of recovery utilities for is ext2. For the rest you can try this method http://recover.sourceforge.net/unix/ I've used it once before and it worked but it was only for 1 small file.
