Quick Question

Now, these classes will run until the end of term banquet at the end of the month. my question is, will we be teaching the same class for next term? I ask this because we are constantly getting new members and i feel that they should also be given a chance to participate in the community. That's a good question. I would suggest waiting a bit longer to see how well participation keeps up after real school starts before adding more classes. As far as the positions go, I suppose it's up to Mari.

Yeah, I think we'd have to figure out how good participation has been, and whether there's enough of a demand for new classes.. or to end classes taught now that students weren't really interested in (if that exists).

I think the people that have been elected as professors should be given a decent oppurtunity to teach what they want to.. and i don't think they should be stripped of their title either..

I do think it is fair to give new members an oppurtunity.. but i think the professors or heads of houses should resign and from then on a newly person can be elected..

Thats the way i think it should go anyways..

all faculty are here to stay unless I have reason to believe one of you is not doing your job (all faculty rest assured), or choose to leave.

If we introduce new classes, I will hier new faculty members. If I introduce a class that a faculty member find more interesting than their own by all means they may apply and I can find a replacement for their current positions.

I will be posting later this month on your opinions of the program and whether or not it can be expanded or not.
