Its good to express how you feel, especially when it eats away at you if you dont. But only you know how much is too much. If you feel like you need to express more... and others think that your already expressing too much,... tell them to go suck a COCK :) <3 ... or work it out. *shrug* Though I dont know how you would go about doing that, b/c i dont know whome/what it is your talking about.
