They seem to have stopped striking but there's a huge backlog of mail, especially things coming into the UK from America/the west. I've only really received mail from Europe and the UK since the strike ended.

I can imagine that. After all they striked for quite some time. But I'm really glad to hear they seem to have stopped. Fingers crossed you'll get lots of mail soon :)

Thanks :) Warnemünde is about half an hour drive away from where I live and it's directly at the Baltic Sea, just like Wismar.
