Holy Crap! When it comes to footwear and those doggies, its K-I-L-L or be K-I-L-L-E-D!

You should make a trap on some shoes.. not exactly sure how you trap dogs eating shoes, but.. maybe spray them down with a whole bunch of pepper spray...or, wire a mild electrical current through them :-)
